 Dental insurance is available through Delta Dental. The plan’s annual maximum is $1,700. Orthodontia’s lifetime maximum is $1,700. Using a participating dentist from the directory is less costly to the employee. An insurance card will be mailed to the employee when the benefits become effective.  Vision insurance is available through VSP Vision Plan. There is no co-payment for an eye examination with an in-network eye care professional and up to 100% coverage for eyeglasses or contact lenses. Using a participating eye care professional from the directory is less costly to the employee.

 Reliance Life Insurance offers a voluntary policy that allows you to purchase coverage for yourself, your spouse and eligible children at your cost.
 The Company provides a retirement plan. Employees may make pre-tax or after-tax contributions. The company matches 25% of an employee’s contribution up to 4%. Matching contributions are immediately vested.
